Young judge falls in honey trap, files FIR against LDC

A 30-year old lower judge has filed an FIR against a woman alleging honeytrap. The woman is serving as lower division clerk (LDC) in Sri Ganganagar district while the judge is posted in district. 

According to police, judge has alleged that the woman had forcefully made physical relation with him and snapped photographs of them in action. The woman had been continuously blackmailing him demanding a flat worth ₹50 lakh in Jaipur. The judge has also filed case against six of her accomplices. 

What is the case?

According to report, the judge said that he met the woman when he was preparing for Rajasthan Judiciary Service (RJS). The woman called him up and told him (the judge) that she was also preparing for RJS. On pretext of seeking notes, she came to his place. The judge was then preparing for interview after clearing written test. 

The judge alleged that the woman used to visit his room often  and would force him for getting into physical relationship. She would threaten him if he will not comply with her demands, she would defame him before public. During that time, the woman snapped several photographs in action and continued to blackmail him.  

Forced the judge for marriage

As per the FIR, the woman called him up and threatened him that if he (the judge) doesn't get married to her after selection in RJS, she would lodged case against him. After that she started demanding money every day.  The judge alleged that the woman used to raise money against expensive clothes, hi-end mobile, makeup and house rent. The woman made him talk to his brother-in- and pressurised him for marriage. It is alleged that the motive behind the marriage was to kill him (the judge) for the accession of his property. 

The judge alleged that the woman had threaten to kill him if he doesn't accede to her demands. He alleged that the woman used to keep record of chats and calls and she would blackmail him on the basis of that record only. He said that till Diwali 2021, he had given the woman more than ₹3.50 lakh. He alleged that the woman used to threaten him of killing and his family through paper leak gang. 

The judge alleged that the woman forced him to use his influence for selection of her brother in AEN recruitment examination conducted by . He alleged that the woman threatened him to either give her money or use his influence for selection of his brother in the AEN recruitment exam -2024. The judge said that he showed his inability to use his influence as he was newly posted as judge and had no influence. 

The judge further alleged that the woman used to send him obscene messages and videos during court timings.
