What’s there in Lal Diary? Mallikarjun Kharge unveils the secret

Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge unveils the secret of Lal Diary while flagging off the ERCP awareness yatra launched by the Congress as part of its election campaign.

Kharge said, “BJP has raised issues that they have found Lal Diary. What's there in the Lal Diary? What's written in Lal Diary? Do you all know? It's written that Congress will form government in the upcoming . It's written in the diary that Congress is coming again. If you want you take this diary,” Kharge said.

He attacked prime minister Narendra Modi and said that Modi had promised to realise the project of ERCP in last elections but he broke the promise. But gave guarantees and fulfilled it.
“Do you want government that tells lies or a government that fulfils guarantees? Modi government didn't release MNREGA find for while Rajasthan government waived off loans of 21 lakh farmers,” he said.

Kharge said that Modi keeps on roaming around campaigning for elections.

“He (PM) doesn't sit in parliament. He ran around in Karnataka, moved on every lane. Gehlot is not like Modi. He (Gehlot) doesn't believe in just saying and get away not doing anything. He has done work for poor because he feels their pain,” Kharge said drawing parallel between Gehlot and Modi.

Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot took a dig at and questioned why centre is penalising people of Rajasthan if it doesn't get along well with Vasundhara Raje.

“They are not happy with Vasundhara. We will not comment on that as it is their party's internal matter. But Rajasthan gave 25 MPs to BJP. None of them has demanded for ERCP. Prime Minister himself promised to give it a of national project including all 13 districts,” Gehlot said.
