“MD sahab has not reprimanded me nor he has used any foul language. In fact he has appreciated my work. I have been dutifully serving two important positions in the company,” Dhurve said.

He further said that seniors have right to scold junior officers if they are not working properly.

“In the meeting MD sahab said that Kulaste has lost the election and there is directive from higher ups whether to send you in the field. But MD sahab declined sending me in the field. My version was presented in a twisted manner.

Another officer of the company Sanjay Bhagwatkar, chief general manager (operation and maintenance) has also stood by Anay Dwivedi. He said that the managing director never uses casteist language.

“I was also present in that meeting. No such thing happened there. I also belong to scheduled caste category. Dwivedi sahab has always been respectful for SC/ST officers,” he said.
