UDH principal secretary T Ravikanth chaired a meeting of executive body of Rajasthan Housing Board in which he directed officials to expedite the work. He also reviewed the progress of projects under construction.
The officials of Housing Board put up 47 agenda points in the meeting which were related to tender, deviation letter and matters related to administrative and financial sanctions. Top officials of the engineering wing apprised Ravikanth about the progress of the work and sought approval for time extensions in some cases.
Ravikanth have necessary directions to the officials after detailed discussion. He also sought information about the board's app RHB Sajag and directed officials to make it more effective.
RHB Sajag app helps the Board officials to track the progress of projects by keeping a tab on completion time, financials spends, quality check and other aspects of the projects. Auto alerts and reminders are also triggered through the app for the concerned stakeholders in the housing board to take the necessary action.
The meeting was attended by RHB commissioner and secretary Alpa Choudhary, chief town planner Sandeep Dandwate, additional chief town planner Anil Mathur, chief engineer Bhajan Lal, additional chief engineer Sanjay Punia and deputy financial advisor O P Butalia among others.
