Sandeep Yadav has been appointed as the new secretary and commisioner of the public relations department of Madhya Pradesh. tej chief minister Mohan Yadav has removed IAS Vivek Porwal, who was considered close to former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
A 2000 batch IAS officer, Yadav was posted as the Principal Revenue Commissioner (PRC) and had the additional charge of Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement (CLRS). He has also been appointed secretary of the Aviation department apart from having additional charge of the managing director of MP Madhyam.
Sandeep Yadav, a native of Rohtak Haryana, is a five-year Law graduate. He had been collector in Guna, and Sehore districts, and divisional commissioner of Ujjain.
Vivek Porwal, another 2000 batch IAS officer, who was secretary of the public relations department, has been given charge of commissioner and secretary of the revenue department.
Apart from that, Ujjain collector Kumar Purushottam has been transferred as deputy secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD).
He is replaced by Narmadapuram district collector Neeraj Kumar Singh. Sonia Meena has been named as the district collector of Narmadapuram.
Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi has been appointed as Betul district collector in place of Amanbir Singh Bains, who will be the Guna collector.
