Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO) is scouting for land at strategic location for development of logistics hubs, multi-modal logistics parks, and new industrial nodes around Jaipur.
A team led by RIICO chairman Ajitabh Sharma and the managing director Inderjeet Singh recently conducted site visits at Manda, Phulera, and Bichoon industrial areas to assess the suitability of various land plots in the region.
During the visit, the officials also proposed the extension of the Manda Industrial Area under the Land Aggregation Policy and suggested for the development of the Bichoon Industrial Area.
Last week, Ajitabh Sharma and Inderjeet Singh had visited Dausa-Bandikui region along the Mumbai Delhi Expressway to identify huge tracts of land for setting up of new investment region in the state.
“The focused efforts of the department reflect a strong commitment towards realising the promises made during the ‘Rising Rajasthan' Global Investment Summit 2024, setting the stage for Rajasthan's industrial expansion and sustainable growth,” said Ajitabh Sharma, chairman RIICO and principal secretary industries.
