RAS Association objects to MLA’s misbehaviour with SDM Neha Chhipa, writes letter to CM

NEWS OF THE DAY THEBUCKSTOPPER

The Rajasthan Service Association has strongly objected to the behaviour of MLA Lala Ram Bairwa with Banera SDM Neha Chhipa.

In a strong letter addressed to minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, RAS association president Gaurav Bajad has condemned the behaviour of MLA. He has requested to give proper directions to MLA for a controlled and disciplined behaviour.

“If MLAs shows such outrageous behaviour and threaten field officers of dire consequences, it will be difficult for officers to discharge their duty with full ability,” he wrote in a letter.

He said such rude and threatening behaviour of a public representative towards an officer, specially a lady officer is uncalled for.
“Such incidents should not be repeated in for free and fair administration. Public representatives should show restrain, Bajad said.

The Incident:

BJP MLA from Shahpura Lalaram Bairwa held a public meeting during the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra programme in Rayala. During this, he raised the issue of mushrooming of illegal coal furnaces with Banera Sub-Divisional Magistrate Neha Chhipa. The officer apprised him that the administration, as per the rule, has sent notices to all the furnance owners to close down the operations.

MLA Lala Ram Bairwa, dissatisfied with her answer, threatens her saying, “Your job is new and you will face problem.”

He said that the new regime has come and corruption will not be tolerated. He kept on arguing with SDM for removing the encroachments immediately with following procedure. But the brave and bold SDM stuck with rules and reiterated that the action has been taken as per rules.
