Before leaving to participate in Vibrant Gujrat in Ahmedabad, Col. Rathore convened a at the Industry Building in Jaipur with departmental officials and heads of departments, boards, and corporations under his ministries.

Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore gathered feedback on the departments' activities from all officials during the meeting. Emphasizing the need for teamwork, he stated that the singular objective should be to establish Rajasthan as a “Model Industrial State” by working collaboratively. He urged the formulation of policies to encourage investors, considering them as valuable assets for the state's progress. Minister Rathore assured full support from the department to investors from both within the country and abroad.

Highlighting the importance of organizing events similar to 's ‘Vibrant Gujarat' in Rajasthan, Rathore directed officials to create an action plan for such initiatives. He suggested that the of startups could play a significant role in enhancing employment opportunities, encouraging attention to funding plans for the youth. Rathore directed officials to ensure coordinated implementation of special industrial schemes initiated by the central government, benefiting entrepreneurs across various categories in the state.

Rathore directed RIICO officials to prioritize utility, quality of work, and timeliness while establishing new industrial sectors to ensure swift creation and provide new employment opportunities for the state's youth. Stressing the crucial role of the Industry Department in executing the state government's commitment to strengthening the , he emphasized paying special attention to the revenue model during investments for increased productivity.

Minister Rathore urged for further simplification of the one-stop center and better coordination in the execution of central and state government schemes to bring visible changes on the ground. He instructed departmental officers to ensure strict adherence to the set timeline for file disposal.
