Rajasthan transfers 17 IAS, gives additional charge to 3

Rajasthan government has transferred 17 IAS officers and gave three IAS additional charge in the transfer list released today

Rajasthan government has transferred 17 IAS officers and given additional charge to three IAS officers in a list which brought IAS in the mainstream. 

Kumar, who was serving as principal secretary to from September 2019, has been transferred as principal secretary higher and technical education replacing Bhawani Singh Detha, who has been transferred as principal secretary planning and statistics. He has also been given additional charge of youth affairs and sports. The IAS transfer list is followed by transfer list of 13 IPS officers released on Wednesday.

Vikas Sitaramji Bhale, who was serving as principal secretary labour, factory and boiler inspection, ESI has been transferred as principal secretary animal husbandry, gau palan and fisheries. Bhale was handling animal husbandry as additional charge since June 2023. 

Dr. Prithviraj, who was serving as secretary youth affairs and sports has replaced Bhale. Now he will take care of labour, boiler inspection and ESI departments. Prithviraj has been transferred twice in three weeks. On January 10, he was transferred from agriculture secretary to youth affairs and sports and now to labour.

Purna Chandra Kishan has been divested from of disaster management, relief and civil defence department. He will now be secretary of skill employment and entrepreneurship.

Gaurav Goyal, who was recently been transferred to secretary administrative reforms and coordination has again been transferred after three weeks to Governor House as secretary to Governor. 

Neha Giri, who was serving as special and commerce has been transferred as managing director Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation Limited. She has replaced Anupama Jorwal, who has been transferred as managing director Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) 

Vijay Pal Singh, who was managing director RTDC has been transferred to commissioner Sanskrit Education.

Rashmi Gupta, who was serving as director watershed development and soil conservation department has been transferred to secretary, home. She has been replaced by Vishram Meena, who was serving as officer on special duty, Jaipur rural.

Mukul Sharma has been finally transferred as joint secretary industries and commerce department. He was first transferred as collector Salumbar on January 10 and then in the second list on January 25, his transfer was cancelled and he was retained as director civil aviation and deputy chief protocol officer. Sharma has also been given additional charge of managing director Rajsico and managing director RUDA. He has been replaced by Kishore Kumar, who was serving as joint secretary in education department.

Suresh Kumar Ola, who was serving as commissioner Sanskrit education has been transferred as director and ex officio joint secretary local bodies. Till date he was handling director local bodies as additional charge.

Priyanka Goswami, who was serving as additional director, National Health Mission, has been transferred as chief executive officer, state health assurance agency.

Mahendra Khadgawat, who was serving as director archaeology and museum, has been transferred as director state insurance and provident fund department while Girdhar, who was serving as joint secretary industries and commerce has been moved to energy department.
Rajan Vishal, who is serving as secretary minority affairs and Waqf department has been given additional charge of administrative reforms and coordination.
