Rajasthan govt transfers 28 RAS amid bypolls CoC

Amid the code of conduct for by-, Rajasthan has transferred 28 RAS officers which included SDMs and ADMs. Though none of transfers was effected in districts where bypolls are being conducted. 

Gaurav Bajad, who is serving as additional , has been transferred as joint in medical education department. 

The state government also changed registrars of three universities. Secretary of Sangeet Natak Academy Sunita Pankaj has been transferred to National Law Jodhpur as registrar while Narendra Kumar Verma, who is serving as ADM Chittorgarh, has been made registrar of Sanskrit University, Jaipur. Similarly, registrar of Kota Technical University Manisha Tiwari has been transferred to Agriculture University, Kota as registrar. 

Apart from that, the state government has transferred 9 SDMs.
