Manisha Arora steps up preparation for Ambassadors meet

Commissioner of Rajasthan Foundation Manisha Arora held meeting with a delegation of Japanese Embassy to discuss the preparations for the upcoming Ambassador Round Table Meeting to be organised on October 1.

The Ambassador meet is likely to pave the way for proposals aimed for the Global Investment Summit scheduled for 9-11 December, 2024. 

Manisha Arora said that the discussion with representatives of Japanese Embassy was centres around the investment potential and possibilities in Rajasthan.

“We had a fruitful discussion with Japanese delegation about the investment opportunities and enabling policies in Rajasthan. We shared all the relevant information and detail with them. We expect wider global participation in this summit,” she said. 

Rajasthan is banking on large chunk of investment from abroad. For that chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has already visited South Korea and  inviting investors.

The industries minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore had also gone to UAE, and Qatar for hard selling Rajasthan as the favourite investment destination. 

“The Ambassadors Round Table Meet will help draw investment from around the globe. Since Ambassadors are the first point of contact for any country in , they can be a harbinger of investment in Rajasthan,” said a senior government official.
