Income Tax conducts raids on yet another Gehlot minister Udailal Anjana

Amid ED raids in on Congress leaders ahead of elections, another central agency has made an entry. The Income Tax department has conducted raids at various locations of cooperative minister of Ashok Gehlot cabinet Udailal Anjana in Udaipur.

Six teams of I-T department from Mumbai are searching at office of Chetak Enterprises located at New Fatehpura.

The office is related to work in National Highway. When the I-T team raided Anjana's office, he was canvassing in his constituency Nimbahera, 100 kms from Udaipur. 

The team enquired from employees and reviewed documents and every file available in the office.

A day before, Anti Corruption Bureau had conducted raids at various premises of cooperative registrar IAS Meghraj Singh Ratnoo. Now I-T department is conducting raid at cooperative minister's premises.

Two days ago, ED has conducted raids at various locations of Congress state Govind Singh Dotasara in paper leak case.
ED had also sent summon to Ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot in a case related to Foreign Exchange Act.

The case is related to money transaction trail in based Fairmont Hotel, which belongs to Ratan Kant Sharma.

Apart from that, ED had also conducted raids on MLA from Mahuwa Om Prakash Hudla and his business associates. Hudla, who contested the election as independent is now a Congress candidate from Mahwa. The ED is exploring his link in paper leak case as his (Hudla) brother was caught by SOG in a fake candidate case
