The Geography department of Rajasthan University organised Ullhas – 2025. The main objective of organising Ullhas was to instal idol of Goddess Saraswati in the department and get it unveiled by the vice chancellor Dr. Alpana Kateja.
Speaking on the occasion as the chief guest, Dr. Kateja said that the knowledge is not only about collection of information but the real knowledge is to immerse yourself in every bit of wisdom.
Speaking on the occasion as special guest, Dr. HS Sharma said that the department is raising its standard in every aspect.
The department head and vice president of National Association of Geographers, India (NAGI) Prof. Chandravijay Dhabriya said that the department will organise NAGI conference of international standard in November this year.
Dr. RN Sharma delivered thanks speech and appreciated research scholars for scintillating cultural presentations.
