Vaibhav Galriya, principal secretary of urban development and housing, held a departmental review meeting to expedite the implementation of MoUs signed during Rising Rajasthan Global Summit.
He directed officials to maintain regular contact with investors and keep a tight track on the progress of MoUs.
He instructed officials to use Rajinvest portal district-wise land allocation and disposal of MoUS in a time bound manner.
Galariya said that the portal is being used for real-time update of data related to the implementation of the MoU.
“Some new features like complaints, feedback and MOU management have been added to make the process more efficient,” he told officials.
As per the reports, the state government has signed up MoUs worth more than Rs 76,000 crore in urbane development and housing department with close to 400 investors and real estate developers.
The status of MoUs is being reviewed monthly by chief minister. The next monthly review meeting is scheduled on March 11, 2025.
Apart from that, weekly and fortnightly review meetings are also held at the departmental level.
Senior officers including housing commissioner Rashmi Sharma, deputy secretary Ravi Vijay, Rakesh Gupta and Rakesh Sharma among other officials were also present.
