IAS Tikam Chand Bohra, who is collector of newly created Shahpura district (Bhilwara) met with an accident. His car collided with a loading tempo near a resort on Mandal-Sanganer mega highway. He was on his way to Banera for distribution of tricycles to especially abled people. Banera Tehsildar reached the spot immediately and he was taken to Ram Snehi Hospital in Bhilwara. Along with the collector, his gunman and APRO Ishant Kabra also got injured.
The hospital staff swung into action and immediately get the CT scan done of his brain. Dr. Rajendra Dhariwal, a leading neurosurgeon of Bhilwara, is attending Bohra.
According to hospital, the condition of Bohra is stable and there is nothing to worry about.
“Bohra is responding well. No major injury is there. He will be fine soon,” said a doctor.
Bohra, a 2012 batch IAS promoted from state services in 2021, has been recently appointed as the collector of newly created Shahpura district which was earlier part of Bhilwara.
