T Ravikanth, 1998 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre has been given additional charge of principal secretary to newly elected chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.
Anandhi, 2007 batch IAS has been given additional charge as secretary to chief minister while Saumya Jha has been given additional charge as joint secretary in CMO. These appointments are on ad hoc basis and all the officers will continue to serve their current responsibilities till further orders.
Soon after taking oath as chief minister, Bhajan Lal Sharma appointed officers in his office.
T Ravikanth, who is handling triple charge of medical education, urban development and housing and local self governance, has been given this prime posting also. He is a dynamic and upright officer who is known for getting the job done. He has been a performer in his 25 years of career.
Anandhi, who is secretary in department of information technology and communication, is also regarded a dynamic and upright officer. She had worked as deputy director in IAS training academy at Mussorie and had returned this year in July.
Saumya Jha, 2017 batch officer is a young officer with good track record. She had worked as joint secretary in energy department and is currently serving as chief executive officer of Rajasthan Grameen Aajivika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP).
