P Dayanand, a 2006 batch IAS officer has been appointed as secretary to Chhattisgarh chief minister Vishnu Deo Sai till further orders. He will continue to serve as secretary medical education along with his assignment as secretary to CM.
Apart from that, all other IAS officers serving in chief minister's office have been relieved from their CMO. However, they will continue to discharge their duties in whatever additional charge they had.
Subrat Sahoo
Additional Chief Secretary IAS Subrat Sahoo, 1992 batch, will continue to work as additional chief secretary, electronics and IT department, commerce and industries department (railway lines project), panchayat and rural development, public works department, development commissioner and chairman environment conservation board.
Sidharth Komal
Similarly, IAS Pardeshi Sidharth Komal, 2003 batch, who was working as secretary to chief minister, will continue with his other assignments as secretary aviation and secretary public relations.
Ankit Anand
IAS Ankit Anand, 2006 batch has been relieved from secretary to CM post. However, he will continue his duties as secretary to finance department, energy department, chairman Chhattisgarh state power company and chairman pension resolution committee.
Solai Bharthi Dasan
IAS Solai Bharthi Dasan, 2006 batch, who was working as secretary to chief minister will be relieved from this post. However, he will continue to work as secretary school education and public health and engineering departments.
D D Singh
IAS D D Singh, who is a retired bureaucrat and was working as secretary to CM has been relieved from CMO but he will continue to work as secretary to general administration and secretary Aadim Jaati and scheduled caste development department.
The chief minsiter Sai has also appointed his officers on special duty (OSD). Dr Subhash, who is from state civil services and was working as joint collector in Bilaspur district, has been appointed as OSD to CM.
Apart from that, among his personal staff, he has appointed Umesh Agrawal and Ravikant Mishra as OSD and Deepak Anghare as private secretary.
