In a late night rejig, Haryana government issued orders for the transfer of 44 IAS officers. IAS Ashok Khemka, who has always been famous for frequent transfers, has been given the responsibility of additional chief secretary of transport department, which is being handled by minister Anil Vij.
IAS Sumita Mishra has been appointed as the state's home secretary. The Home Department is being looked at by the Chief Minister Naib Saini himself.
Apart from this, the responsibility of Finance Commissioner Revenue (FCR), Finance Department and Disaster Management Department has been given to IAS officer Anurag Rastogi. At the same time, Sudhir Rajpal, who is serving as additional chief secretary Health, has been given additional responsibility of department of medical education and research and AYUSH department.
IAS D Suresh has been made resident commissioner of Haryana Bhawan New Delhi and principal secretary of industry department and commerce department. IAS officer Shyamal Mishra has been appointed as the chief administrator of the Haryana Trade Fair Authority, New Delhi, the chief executive officer of the Faridabad and Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority and the principal secretary of the civil aviation department.
The Haryana government has appointed C G Rajni Kanthan as Transport Commissioner, Phoolchand Meena as Commissioner of Ambala Division, A Sreenivas as Commissioner of Hisar Division and MD of South Haryana Power Corporation.
As per the orders of the state government, Anand Mohan Sharan has been given the responsibility of food, civil supply and consumer affairs along with the environment, forest and wildlife department. IAS officer Vineet Garg has been appointed as the chairman of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board along with the Higher Education Department.
IAS officer Amit Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as commissioner and secretary of development and panchayat department, information, public relations, language and culture department and foreign affairs department. Apart from this, IAS officer Rajeev Ranjan has been posted as Principal Secretary, Fisheries and Labour Department. Vijay Singh Dahiya has been given the responsibility of Commissioner and Secretary of Printing Department and Animal Husbandry Department and Amneet P Kumar has been given the responsibility of Commissioner and Secretary in Women and Child Development Department and Archives Department.
IAS officer Mohammad Shayin has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary of Public Health Engineering Department. Sanjay Joon has been given additional responsibility. He has been appointed as the Chief Executive of Faridabad Smart City Limited along with the existing appointments.
At the same time, Ashima Brar, who was a part of the Haryana CMO, has been appointed as the Commissioner for Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare and Antyodaya, Excise and Taxation and MD of Haryana Electricity Broadcasting Corporation. IAS officer Sanjeev Verma has been appointed as Director of Sports, AYUSH and Foreign Cooperation.
