The controversial YouTuber Elvish Yadav of Bigg Boss fame has hit yet another controversy. Yadav, in a video, has claimed that he had received police escort on his recent visit to Jaipur and Sambhar where had filmed a music video. He was accompanied by son of former minister in Congress government Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, who “fllaunted” his meeting with Elvish on social media platform X.
The video released on social media platform put question mark on the credibility of Jaipur police over providing escort vehicle to a YouTuber, who is on bail after being arrested on charges of smuggling of snake venom.
The video went viral and Jaipur police commissioner Biju George Joseph had to come out with clarification that no police escort was provided to Elvis Yadav.
“This video is old and has been presented in a distorted manner. This is a propaganda that is being scrutinised. Legal action will be taken against the two persons who made the video viral,” he said.
According to police officials, Elvish made this video by driving his car behind a police vehicle and spread the confusion of the escort. The video is showing a police vehicle bearing number 112 and a Chetak being driven ahead of Yadav's car.
Additional Commissioner Rameshwar Singh said that if someone is given police protection, a special escort vehicle is given, not 112 numbered vehicles. Police clarified that Elvish was not given any official escort.
The police clarified that an attempt has been made to tarnish the image of the police through this video. A case will be registered against Elvish Yadav and the son of the former minister who was present with him. The video is being investigated and strict action will be taken against the culprits.

YouTuber Elvish Yadav came to Jaipur on February 8 to record a song. During this, he created a vlog, which was uploaded on his YouTube channel ‘Elvish Yadav Vlogs' on February 10. In this video, police Chetak and 112 numbered vehicles are seen moving in front and behind Elvish's car. The video showed Elvish being given police escort on his way to Sambhar and Gurugram from Jaipur.
