Rajasthan chief secretary Sudhansh Pant will take a comprehensive review of preparations of Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit on November 5.
The state government had constituted five different functional committees in August this year to plan and coordinate the preparedness for the event.

Tourism department headed by tourism secretary Ravi Jain has been entrusted with the task of accommodation, cultural programmes, management of meals.
Similarly, Vaibhav Galriya, principal secretary UDH is responsible for beautification of Jaipur. For protocol, GAD secretary Jogaram has been made responsible while for media, publicity and branding DIPR principal secretary Alok Gupta, who is also principal secretary to CM, has been made incharge.
The three-day summit to be held from 9-11 December, 2024 will not be the melting point for the investments from across the globe but also showcase the tourism potential of the state.
“Rajasthan, specially Jaipur has become the hot destination for corporate and business tourism. People come here to crack deals in the backdrop of ancient monuments and daunting forts. Also, this gives an opportunity to prompt companies organise their offshore meetings in Jaipur,” said a senior IAS officer.
