Rajasthan Sudhansh Pant directed Departments of Tourism, General , Urban Development and Directorate of Information & Public Relation (DIPR) to streamline their efforts for the successful staging of ‘Rising Rajasthan' Global Investment Summit 2024, to be held from December 9–11 in Jaipur.

Pant stressed that the summit is the top priority of the state , and all departments must prioritise preparations to ensure its success.

“In the month leading up to the ‘Rising Rajasthan' Global Investment Summit 2024, all departments must focus their efforts on facilitating a seamless execution of the summit,” Pant said while reviewing the progress made by the Committees on Beautification of Jaipur, Media & Publicity and Branding, Protocol & Accommodation for State Guests, Accommodation, Cultural Programs and Tourism, and other logistical arrangements.

These committees have been created for the smooth execution of the investment summit.

He emphasised the importance of presenting  Jaipur in its finest form for the summit, given the presence of distinguished national and international delegates and potential investors attending the event.

“All monuments and public spaces should be maintained to the highest standards, and the city's infrastructure must reflect exemplary management,” Pant said, while directing the Tourism and (full form) departments to ensure the same.

During the meeting, each committee provided updates on their respective work, sharing the steps taken and the progress achieved in recent months.

Pant also gave detailed directions and asked the concerned departments to ensure that all their activities are aligned and the highest standards to be maintained for this three-day prestigious event.

The General Administration Department (GAD) was tasked with ensuring the smooth management of charter flights and setting up help desks to assist delegates and dignitaries arriving for the event.

Moreover, media and publicity should be given top priority by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR). Looking ahead, additional meetings with other committees will also be held to review their progress, ensure continued coordination and fine-tuning of preparations.
