Congress MLA from Kishanpole has shown ‘increment' in his martial status while his financial assets have dipped as compared to 2018 as stated in declaration before election commission.
Kagazi in his declaration has shown two wives. On 2018, he had one wife – Reshma. Now the 2023 declaration shows Monica Sharma and Reshma both as his wives. He has not taken divorce and is legal as per Muslim Marriage Act.
He second wife Monica is said to be working with him as his private secretary and both got into secret marriage during Corona. Kagazi has four children from first wife while a daughter from Monica Sharma.
Dip in financial asset
As compared to assets declared in 2018, Amin Kagzi has shown dip in his total assets in 2023 declaration. The value of assets in 2018 was Rs 7.82 crore which has come down to Rs 6.86 crore. He has an agriculture land and two houses in Sanganer.
