CM Sharma directs for extensive publicity of Rising Rajasthan

Rajasthan chief Bhajan Lal Sharma has directed  officials to launch major publicity campaign for Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit to be held from 9-11 December. 

He asked officials to put up hoardings and banners at important places in all the districts. He also directed them to publicise the summit on all social media platforms for reaching out people and prospective investors.

During the review , chief minister Bhajan Lal took stock of preparation.

Ajitabh Sharma, industries gave comprehensive presentation on the preparations. , secretary tourism also apprised chief minister and other senior officials about the preparations of tourism department which included boarding and lodging of guests and investors coming from across the world. Jain also discussed about the cultural programmes to be held in the evenings on 9-10 December.

Rajasthan on the way to 350 billion economy 

Rising Rajasthan will help propel the economy of Rajasthan to reach 350 billion dollar in next five years.

“The summit will open doors of opportunities for business and industry in the state which will generate jobs and investment,” chief minister Bhajan Lal said. 

Exhibition to be held on the theme of Viksit Bharat- Viksit Rajasthan

A grand exhibition will be held on the theme of Viksit Bharat-Viksit Rajasthan during the summit. There will be separate zones for participating countries and also an exclusive zone for Rajasthan. 

The Rajasthan zone would showcase the investment opportunities in the stage through presentations on LED screen. It will also display models of heritage buildings and ethnic products of the  state including Sanganeri prints. The government will also showcase one district-one-product and display about tourist places using 3-D technology. 

The meeting was attended by industry  minsiter Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, chief secretary Sudhansh Pant, additional chief secretary to CM Shikhar Agrawal, principal secretary to CM Alok Gupta, BIP Rohit Gupta, RIICO managing director Inderjeet Singh, Rajasthan Foundation commissioner Manisha Arora and additional commissioner BIP Saurabh Swami among others.
