BJP has suspended former assembly speaker and senior BJP leader Kailash Meghwal after his statement against union minister Arjun Ram Meghwal. Kailash Meghwal had called Arjun Meghwal as Corrupt No. one in a rally at Bhilwara, two weeks back.
On suspension from the party, Kailash Meghwal said that he will contest the elections and defeat BJP candidate by thousands of votes.
He attacked BJP vehemently and said that BJP is depending more on ‘imported' leaders.
“These leaders are dominating the party. The state chief C P Joshi is from NSUI and leader of opposition Rajendra Rathore is from Janta Party. They both don't have any connection with the ideology of Jansangh,” he said.
On corruption of Arjun Meghwal, Kailash Meghwal said that the union law minister had taken Rs 1.5 crore from a leader from Maharashtra against assurance of ticket in election.

“Neither he got the ticket nor the money back. The Maharashtra leader then approached several BJP leaders to get his money back but of no avail,” he said.
Kailash Meghwal said that he has written a letter to the Prime Minister Modi elaborating every aspect of Arjun Meghwal's corruption cases.
“Arjun Meghwal has done lot of corruption during his tenure as Churu Collector. He allotted land to wrong people under armed forces widow category. A case was registered with Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB). Investigation was held twice and then Final Report was submitted under pressure. The session court judge had expressed his displeasure saying that pressure is being mounted in this case,” he said.
Kailash Meghwal said that he has written a letter to Prime Minister Modi for sacking Arjun Meghwal as he has also filed a false affidavit with election commission.
“He has not given information about the corruption charges and case in the affidavit. Hiding facts and giving wrong information in affidavit is a criminal offence. He can be divest of minister post and member of parliament,” he said.
He questioned, “How can a corrupt person become law minister in the country? I have all the proof with me.”
