In Rajasthan, the imprint of RSS writ large on every appointment. First time MLA and general Secretary of State BJP Bhajan Lal Sharma has been named as the chief minister of Rajasthan.
Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa have been appointed as deputy chief minister while Vasudev Devnani has been made speaker of the Rajasthan assembly.
Bhajan Lal Sharma is new to electoral politics. However he has got great organisational skills. His deep grounding in RSS helped him reach the top post in his first attempt.
Hailing from Bharatpur, Sharma contested election from Jaipur's Sanganer seat and is an unexpected name for CM.

The part has also made Diya Kumari as deputy CM. She is MLA from Jaipur's Vidyadhar Nahar seat with record margin. She was asked to contest assembly election while serving as MP from Rajsamand. She had been MLA from Sawai Madhopur also. She was being tipped for chief minister but she will have to settle for being his deputy.

Another deputy chief minister Prem Chand Bairwa is a two time MLA from Dudu where he defeated Babu LaL Nagar. He is also from RSS background and suits the necessity of social engineering in Rajasthan being a dalit face.

The speaker of the assembly is Vasudev Devanani, who at 73 years of age is amongst the senior most politician in BJP.
A five time MLA from Ajmer North, Devnani has a strong footing in RSS.
