Bikaner’s IAS Pari Bishnoi gets Haryana govt NOC for inter-cadre deputation from Sikkim

Pari Bishnoi, a 2020 IAS officer from Sikkim cadre got No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Haryana government to be posted in Haryana on deputation. Now, according to official sources, the central government will allow inter cadre deputation, initially for three years.

Why Pari sought deputation to Haryana?

A native of Bikaner, Pari Bishnoi is currently serving as SDM in Gangtok. She has sought deputation to look after her ailing father.

Pari has been in news for getting engaged to Bhavya Bishnoi, Haryana's youngest Member of Legislative (MLA), in May this year.

Thirty-year-old Bhavya is the grandson of Haryana's former minister Bhajan Lal and son of now BJP leader Kuldeep Bishnoi. He became the MLA from Adampur on a BJP ticket for the first time in a bypoll held last year.

Kuldeep Bishnoi, who had quit the Congress to join the BJP, and vacated his seat necessitating the bypoll. Bhavya Bishnoi had earlier contested on a Congress ticket in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls from Hisar, but lost to BJP's Brijendra Singh.

Who is Pari Bishnoi?

Pari Bishnoi secured 30th rank in the 2019 Civil Services Examination. She is daughter of an advocate father Maniram Bishnoi and Police Inspector mother Sushila Bishnoi. Her grand father had been four-time sarpanch of village Kakra in Bikaner district.

Pari did her schooling from a convent school in . She then moved to Delhi, where she completed her graduation from the Indraprastha College for . After that she came back to Ajmer and pursued Masters degree in Political Science from MDS University, Ajmer. She has a great interest in teaching, and she has successfully cleared the NET exam and NET-JRF.
