Beawar collector allots land for setting up district infrastructure

The newly created district is on its way to set up the required infrastructure and government buildings for smooth functioning as a district. 

Beawar collector told The BuckStopper that the administration so far has allotted land to 121 different departments.

“We have allotted land and given required permission for construction of building. Soon, Beawar will have mini secretariat and district headquarters of other department,” he said. 

Khadgawat, who took over as collector in September 2024, has embarked upon few initiatives which have hit the headlines. Among those initiatives are crackdown against mining mafia and check up of highway drivers including bus and truck drivers. 

“Cases of illegal mining have drastically come down after the crackdown. The government has heavy penalty on mines not functioning in a proper manner. Similarly, hundreds of truck drivers have been given spectacles after their eye check up for safe driving,” said an officer of district administration.
