The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has booked sub divisional magistrate (SDM) Mahesh Gagoriya and Tehsildar Rahul Dhakad of Mandalgarh (Bhilwara) for demanding a bribe of Rs 50,000 against converting a temporary injunction to permanent stay on a land in a revenue dispute.
The police has also lodged FIR against both the officers for hindrance in government work.
According to additional director general of ACB Hemant Priyadarshi, the Kota team of the bureau laid a trap to catch SDM and Tehsildar after verification of the complaint.
