Six policemen died while one got seriously injured when a police car collided with a truck on its way to Jhunjhunu where PM is scheduled to address an election rally.
The policemen were going in Xylo SUV which met with an accident with truck near Sujangarh. Six policemen were from Khinvsar police station while one was from women police station. The front part of the car was heavily damaged after the impact and all the policemen got stuck in the car. Five died o the spot while one died while on the way to Jodhpur hospital. The administration created green corridor for ferrying the two injured to hospital.
The policemen who died include ASI of Khinvsar police station Ramchandra, constables Kumbharam,Suresh Meena, Thanaram and Mahendra from women police station.
