Soon after the announcement of elections, BJP hasannouced second list of 64 candidates in Chhattisgarh including names of former chief minister Dr Raman Singh and state president Arun Sao, who is also member of parliament from Bilaspur. The party has also fielded minister of state for tribal affairs Renuka Singh Saruta from Bharatpur-Sonhat constituency.
Raman Singh will contest from Rajnandgaon and Sao will fight from Lormi constituency.
With this, BJP has announced names of 85 candidates out of 90 seats in the state.
The party has given ticket to former IAS O P Choudhary also from Raihgarh.
