RajComp Group General Manager (Tech) Chhatrapal Singh is under dock. Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) is investigating the source of unaccounted wealth amassed by him over 27 years of his service.
Chhatrapal earned salary of Rs 1.49 crore during his service but accumulated 85% more wealth than disclosed income. He is also accused of hiding facts while declaring assets to the government.
Pages of his personal life also got unfolded and a mystery woman emerged out of it, who according to his close friends and family members, is the prime reason behind the rot.
Dr Anju Sharma, Chhatrapal Singh's paramour which has been staying with him for more than three years, runs a wellness centre – Happy Heart Foundation – in the posh C-Scheme area. She left her husband and a son, to live with Chhatrapal Singh, who also left his wife Mohini Kumari. Though Chhatrapal Singh's son, who has recently done MBA from Pune, stays with his father and Anju Sharma.

Anju Sharma's husband Lalit Dutt lives in Delhi runs and business of fire equipments. Dutt is second husband of Anju who married him after divorcing her first husband. Later Anju left Lalit also and started living with Chhtrapal without taking divorce from Lalit.
In past Lalit Dutt had written several letters to Rajasthan government complaining about Chhatrapal Singh, who was in illicit relationship with his wife Anju Sharma. But government didn't act upon it giving grace to Chhatrapal Singh, who is said to be well connected with higher ups in government.
Anju Sharma claims to be a doctor and a healing practitioner. But her friends say that she doesn't have any valid degree and runs the clinic on fake claims. She claims to treat diabetes, blood pressure and other life style related diseases through healing.
“Anju Sharma is a mastermind. She says that she has done degree in medicine from Germany. But in reality she doesn't have any degree. She charges Rs 20,000-25,000 for a three-seven days session from clients and dupe them as she is not a trained healer or medical practitioner,” said one of the acquaintances of Chhatrapal Singh.

Anju Sharma is quite active on social media. She has flashed her photographs standing with dignitaries like former president Ramnath Kovind, film actress and member of parliament Hema Malini, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath and many others to put influence on people.
ACB has found several suspicious money transactions in bank accounts of Anju Sharma. Chhatrapal Singh is said to have transacted money with Anju Sharma's brother Umesh Sharma, who lives in Ghaziabad. Sharma runs a firm La Tech Solutions and ACB is probing whether the firm had won any tender or work order in any state government project.
