Gaurav Gaur, a 2004 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, has been appointed as additional divisional railway manager (ADRM) Jaipur.
An engineering graduate from Netajj Subhash Institute of Technology, Gaur had been secretary to General Manager North Western Railway (NWR), Senior Divisional Operation Manager in NWR and Assistant Operations Manager in East Coast Railways.
Gaur also has teaching experience with Career Launcher coaching institute where he taught Mathematics and General Studies.
Apart from that Gaur has also several as Lieutenant in Territorial Army. He had been Lieutenant in 1101 Railways Engineers Regiment, a unit of Departmental Territorial Army from 2012-2016. With 30 days of compulsory embodiment in a year, it provides a unique opportunity to participate in national defence and support national cause.
