Hanuman Beniwal led Rashtriya Loktrantrik Party (RLP) has lodged FIR against a helicopter provider company – Blue Dot Trip – for not violating agreement and providing helicopter services, which had caused heavy loss of votes in the recently held assembly elections.
The incharge of party office Shankar Lal Narolia has registered case against the managing director of helicopter provider company Shiv Kishan Choudhary alleging service defect.
According to Circle Inspector Antim Sharma, Narolia has alleged that that Choudhary has not provided helicopters to RLP for canvassing as per the agreement.
“RLP was busy in election campaign. We contacted Shiv Kishan Choudhary who claimed that he was managing director of helicopter provider company. He showed us the website and showed three Agusta A119 single engine helicopters,” Narolia alleged.
He said that the party entered into an agreement with the company for hiring helicopter services between 4-23 November 2023.
“The company took ₹42 lakh against in advance while the total deal was for ₹1.0233 crore. In November 1, Choudhary denied giving the services and it badly affected the party,” Narolia said.
Hanuman Beniwal had to face lot of problems
It is alleged that Shiv Kishan Choudhary provided helicopter on November 4, 2023 after lot of pursuation.
“But the helicopter was not Agusta. While it had to take off at 11 am, it could fly only at 2 pm causing lot of inconvenience to the party and Hanuman Beniwal,” Narolia alleged.
Due to the delay in flight, timing of rallies got disturbed, which cause loss to votes.
“The fuel tank was also not sealed packed which indicates to a bigger conspiracy of a deadly attack intended at Hanuman.
What Shiv Kishan Choudhary said?
The company managing director said that the helicopter on November 1 was hired on the basis of earlier agreement.
“But the party didn't pay the cost of ₹13.50 lakh as mentioned in the agreement for the flight. When the cost was not paid, the second agreement automatically become null and void. The party still owes company ₹13.50 lakh,” Choudhary said.
He said that Hanuman Beniwal had threatened him over call and sent a legal notice to us.
“We have sent reply to the notice to Hanuman Beniwal,” he said.
